    MP C3001

    Customer is getting "wet edges" on some papers when they come out...fuser? Any thing else it could be?

    There is only one thing that can cause this, damp paper. The steam from the paper as it exits the fuser collects & gets transferred to the paper. Very common in high humidity countries.

          I saw this a on the MPC305 recently, the condensation was so bad it was literally running down the front cover lol

            Always check ventilation:
            channel net is covered with dust
            or is blocked due to positioned against a wall.
