Unable to save SMB detination to an MPC 2050

    Hello

I have a strange problem with a MPC 2050, the customer changes OS, and called to setup scan2folder again (before the OS change everything worked fine).I made an Firmware update for Win10 , and starts to setup the destination, everything worked, but if i try to save the destination the message "unable to save" appears.
    Any ideas???

Is your address book already full?

Back up the address book data and Initialize the address book data (SP5-846-046) and the user
information. (Restore the address book data if possible.)
Try maybe help 5846-041 (is for new hdd but maybe work for you)

            SP5846-041
This SP must be executed immediately after installation of an HDD unit in a basic machine
that previously had no HDD. The first time the machine is powered on with the new HDD
installed, the system automatically takes the address book from the NVRAM and writes it
onto the new HDD. However, the new address book on the HDD can be accessed only
by the system administrator at this stage. Executing this SP by the service technician
immediately after power on grants full address book access to all users.
            Procedure
            1. Turn the machine off.
            2. Install a new HDD.
            3. Turn the machine on.
            4. The address book and its initial data are created on the HDD automatically.
            5. However, at this point the address book can be accessed by only the system
            administrator or key operator.
            6. Enter the SP mode and do SP5846-041. After this SP executes successfully, any user
            can access the address book.

Once your able to save the destination one thing to check on windows 10 for scanning that can be a real pain.

In the taskbar click the network icon, click the picture of the computer/network, (not network settings). Then you should see another picture of a computer/network cable, click that one and turn on "MAKE THIS PC DISCOVERABLE".
