MP9002 punch unit SC720-97

Hi everybody

I have a mp9002 with SR4070 booklet finisher and i receive sc720-87 wich is punch unit motor error
i search on my-ricoh but i don't find the punch unit part list (Punch Unit Type 3260 2/4 EU) and under the mp9002 publications i don't find parts for options.
Can anybody help with a part catalog for this punch unit ?
I need to order some components and the motor also for this unit.

Hi

I think it is not good for me, "NA" is about the wall plug and voltage standards in worldwide countries
NA is 120v/60hz so i think is different also the the stepper motor voltage.

The individual punches can become gummy and stick. This will cause the punch to fail to home. Clean them out with contact cleaner.

Thank you very much slimbob but this machine have 2.500.000 copies from where 2.450.000 with punch
so cleaning can help in short term but in long term in the motor i think the brush-es ar finished and need to be replaced.
(and i forget in the service manual it is writen the punch unit after 1000K must be replaced)
