[Jamming] MPC 2051 Jams one or two times ONLY in the morning

Hello

Have an strange issue with an MPC 2051, the machine worked fine until a week ago, now the machine jams only in the morning, two or three times, once i remove the paper ( its right after the registry roller, it's not an no feed jam), the machine works fine until the evening. I checked the Feed motors and the registry motor (Ricoh replaced the feed/registry cluthes with motors), but there is nothing .....

any ideas??

Had a similar problem with 1 only jammed on 1st or 2nd page when 1st used then would work ok all day
until next morning when again would jam 1st use
turned out to be the fuser unit

Hello... In my case the paper never reached the fuser unit... The customer find the jam right after the registry roller, but never inside the fusing unit.... Is it possible that the registry motor or the feed motor are defect??

The paper had just reached the fuser but had not been gripped by the belt and roller

Yes, but i find the paper immediately after the registry roller... Not close to the fuser..

The fuser unit works without grinding noise or other

Hi there!
Yep, the timing-motor. Had a similar issue some years ago on a MPC 2800, the first 2-3 duplex prints/copies jammed, customer removes paper, machine running. Next day the same. The solution was a new duplex-motor.
