I have Ricoh MPC 2551 machine with Color quality issues. Cyan and Yellow shade.

It is difficult to see from your tiny picture, but what what I can see looks like the drums are worn. What life what they done?

Clean transfer belt rollers and laser. Check the pcu and developer if you loose toner powder you need new developer powder. I think you need new yellow pcu but put a better picture to see details

are you using genuine toners?

I think it's rather "normal" (unless customer complains).
Replace pcu.
