Finisher 3140 on a MPC4503

Hi,

Customer complaines when making sets and staple the sets, sometimes some
sheets of paper are not in line, so it falls out and are not stapled . .
Adjust the jogger movement, no result because the papers are in one line at the short side.
However, sometimes itsout of place on the long side . . .
Firmware?
other adjustments?

Yes there is a firmeware update.
Update the Finisher Firmware to Ver. 01.160:04 (or later).

Also if the paper comes out with a slight curl this will cause staple issues. Damp/poor quality paper etc.
