Ricoh mpc5503 toner is not cooked

Ricoh mpc5503 oven rolls changed. The machine can not cook the first 20-25 copies of toners when it opens in the morning. No problems in subsequent shoots. What could be the reason?

    Thank you

      Hi there!
You changed sleeve-roller & pressroller????? Check the lamps of the sleeve-roller.
      Greetings...

          Lamps are sturdy, new thermistors

you might have some rings on the lamp wires that are not connected .. take the fuser apart .. inspect the wires and rings around them if some are not connected replace that lamp..also clean the thermisistors see if there is toner build up on them

both issues may not kick an error code.

did you do a nip check on the fuser?

The lamps and thermistors were replaced with another machine to make sure. It was found that the fault continued. Only when the machine is opened in the morning it is making the trouble. Copying is improving after 20-25 copies and no further probing is found. The machine is in trouble for the first time after it has been closed for a long time.

try boosting fuser temp by 5 degrees

Ricoh has published a technical bulletin for such a problem. I made changes to the value given to it and tried to test the machine.
                      Thank you
