Ricoh MP c2051Need firmware update 4/19/17

I have a almost new Ricoh MP-c2051 with 5400 copies on it that needs the firmware update to scan to Win 10 and 7, Can anyone help me with this? I am a copier dealer but dont usually handle Ricoh

Yeah, I think that too, mayne Aneurysm can solve that so the site goes back to what it used to be...

what are you trying to say? I'm from Russia and do not really understand. The printer often has an error of 899 toThe printer often has an error of 899 to fix which you need to update the firmware

Yeah there are a couple of SC899 occurrences fixed via firmware.

But using the PCL5c driver may also help on this older model.

Still, the issue of fresh firmware is still relevant, so who is ready to share - throw off in PM, I promise not to distribute the firmware and only use it in my printer park

A colleague rang me the other day, SMB scan stopped working on Win 10, he was stuck, I suggested updating fw, scan then started working.

The network fw in this instance was the issue.

SMB v1 is disabled by default on the latest public release of Windows 10 (1709), it can still be re-enabled though.
The Diana C1.5 / MP C2051 is not currently listed to add support for SMB v2 or v3 being it's a older model range.

I had some of this issues with older machines like MP171, Mp9000 and so on,i requested Firmware from ricoh, and they sent me customized Versions of the NIB Firmware, on the SMC report this Firmwares appears with an "a", or "C", ex NIB 5.76a
After updating the machine Scan2Folder on Windows 10 works fine again
