    RICOH MP 2852 (JAM 052)

Hi friends, I would like to know if anyone has had this problem.

Jam 052, just happens on tray two. The registration clutch stays, and stops spinning.

From the tray one all there is no problem the registration clutch will be nine normally.

J 52 is a trail edge jam from tray 2. Check that paper size is set correctly.

        Thanks for the answers.
        Tray 2 is set correctly.
The paper jam is over, passing the transfer roller.

From SP mode do an input check on all the relevant sensors, especially those relating to tray 2

Does it feed OK from tray 4?

since you say tray is set properly then could be transfer roller or paper feed clutch is not disengaging.
