      Quick answer, yes. You haven't mentioned whether the admin email address is the same as the account address? And are user codes on (this might not seem relevant but it is)?

      Post a Wireshark capture and I'll tell you for sure if the mail server received it. Probably best to use a trace sanitizer or sent to me direct.

        The IT'er is not so Ricoh minded, he gave us a wrong admin address... That also was the trick...
        Troubleshooting 1: always double check every data you get... :-)
