Have anyone in fact successfully activated O365 at all, on a Ricoh device?
I know it's an other answer, but I guess it's relevant for the solution of this tread because
it could very much be that Ricoh's fail to activate O365!
So???
Post a Wireshark capture and I'll tell you for sure if the mail server received it. Probably best to use a trace sanitizer or sent to me direct.Comment

Quick answer, yes. You haven't mentioned whether the admin email address is the same as the account address? And are user codes on (this might not seem relevant but it is)?
