    answer is simple. you'll need a tech id released in N America through your employer, eithr Ricoh directly, either a dealer

      ok. I aready passed the exams on WICE Service master so I want to check if there are exams on TSC.

            If it's paying it's ok for me... but i didn't even know where (or how for that matter) pay for it.... any pointers?

            I also fail to mention that I don't have access to Tessa or have any sort of Ricoh ID...

              Ask your Technical Manager,if you are a ricoh distributor then he can arrange for your accnt. We didn't paid for the account.
