Ricoh C2550 Savin C9025 paper tray noise

Good morning,

Almost certain there was a tech update for noise from the sep pad and feed tire from the trays for this series but no longer have access to the pub and/or updated part numbers. Can someone help out with this?

Problem is the friction pads vibrating. Ricoh changed the pads to add a film of lubricant to those areas that contacted the plastic of the tray.

I was pretty certain that that was the case. Wasn't sure if they changed the spring underneath the pad as well.
Do you have the updated part numbers by chance?
