      Same way you do on all Ricoh's!

      If it is failing to connect you will need the latest network firmware to scan to windows 8.1 & later.

          There are a number of threads recently throughout CTN concerning the recent problem with scan to SMB on all Windows versions. since the patch released by Microsoft following the ransom virus outbreak. Do a little searching on Scan to SMB v1.

              Check the Network Admin has not switched off/blocked SMB 1on the network.
