    MP6002 TURNING EDGE

    In the last week we have had 2 mp6002 start to turn the lead edge over at the front of the copier on duplex only so when it stacks in the booklet maker it jams this is only on A3. on one machine for speed we changed the duplex an the problem went now we have another one has any one got any pointers fot this as its ok on A4 the A3 paper has a very tiny curl on it but I have seen a lot worse is it the duplex entrance guides both copiers have 1.5m on the clock and we changed the reg guides on one of them which didn't help thanks in advance

              there is a solenoid on back left of duplex asssy. remove one screw and loosen the other slide solenoid to right to give plunger more room to open the gate and then tighten screw and move the other screw to the other hole. this has fixed about 6 of my MP6002's.
