hi fellas yesterday customer call me that there is streaks in page it's look like parecode lines i went there it's no error code revealed it's happend every 10 or 5 did some one encounter in this i cleaned controller box but no avail

I also can not see a problem on the example you have posted.

hi i mean clean dimm and formatt hdd and problem is that lines that the same shape in paper thread.wired lines

I know when the IPU or laser unit fail, they can cause random thickness and spaced lines.
