Newer ricohs have admin log-in how do i override?

    Newer ricohs have admin log-in how do i override?

    I need some help.the newer ricohs like the 3045 and 2060 have user id settings.however when trying to change settings it says i do not have permission to change the settings.there is a log-in page on the user tools page which has two required passwords the upper asks for the user n the lower for a password.is there a way around this problem?

      just login with username "admin" no password required

          That's assuming no one changed anything. You may try Supervisor with no password and that should allow you to reset the Admin password. Caution, though, to make sure the customer is ok with you doing that.
