I got Ricoh MP 2000 , It was Stuck with error code SC 824 .

Controller or nvram error, usualy the controller is faulty and the nvram is ok.
If you have a working machine take out the controller with the nvram and test on the faulty one.
If you change the nvram you will receive sc195 error in this case check the serial number with SP5-811-002.

I changed Controler Card N(Network ) Problem solved .
