Dear all
I have mp3352sp whose controller become defective i replaced controller but machine generate sc995-03 i enter serial number by sp5811 for 'set' and then 'bicu' then machine need to be rebooted after that machine generates sc995-02 i again check serial number but after entering serial to set then bcu but serial number of novita not change still shows old serial number kindly guide me

Are the NOVITA serial and one you entered not the same? If not you will get that error.

Was the replacement board new?

Make sure CAPS lock is on when re entering the serial it might look the same but if it's not capital letters it won't work
Also are you in factory sp when trying to change this?

Are the NOVITA serial and one you entered not the same? If not you will get that error.

Was the replacement board new?

As i mentioned i replace controller board from other machine(not new) sc995-03 occurs after restart sc995-002 i
input machine serial number mentioned on back cover but sc995-002 occurs then i input serial number as mentioned in novita ram but sc995-03 occurs again.

Yes i input serial no. From factory sp mode and also make sure that caps lock is on

First i try the installed nvram on board when issue not resolve then i swap them with defective board's nvram.

Order a new NVram.

Novita serial can't be changed if you want to make mc work match bicu and controller with novita serial number. Else you need to replace nvram and eeprom need to follow correct procedure to get all right.
