How to set Function Priority on an Ricoh 04 (android) machine?

    How to set Function Priority on an Ricoh 04 (android) machine?

    Hi everyone,

    Is it possible to set the function priority on the fancy Ricoh 04 models through the Web Image Monitor?

    It used to be possible to set this through the Web Image Monitor but the option doesn't appear to be there now.

    Does anyone know how to do this?

    I know you can set it through the panel but on a big roll out (or working remotely) this can be a pain.

      It doesnt look like you can anymore, can still set the function keys but not the priority

              User Tools / Screen Features / Screen Device Settings / Function Priority.
              It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

                      ElDiablo, they have the SOP (Smart Operation Panel) designer now, with that, you can load logos/wallpapers, send meter app, set your FUNCTION keys and PRIORITY and the list goes on. I believe you can do this on 10 machines at the same time. Do you have any kind of Ricoh credentials to access their site to download? Seems like they have it locked down pretty well, and not available to download anywhere except their TSRC site.

                          I may be wrong but I believe it's done through the smart operation panel design tool. I know it can be done as we are doing a equitrac rollout and the person doing the remote configuration is setting up equitrac as the priority after configuration.

                              Nice one. I'll check it out. Sounds like it might be useful in the big roll outs.

                              Edit: Still be nice to able to change it via WIM, for small installs or one off devices though.
