I try to enter SP mode by pressing Clear mode > 1 0 7 > Clear/stop but nothing happen. Please tell me how to enter SP mode in this case? The machine model is AF-MP2590.

try 1)clear all 2)1-4-3 3)Press STOP 2times and the second keep it pressed

you have to hold down the stop key for 7 seconds until it beeps...

MP 2590 is the same machine as MP2510 3010

Entering and Exiting SP mode

Exit Press Exit twice to return to the copy window.

If you cannot go into the SP mode

[User Tools] > System Settings > Administrator Tools > Service Mode Lock > OFF
This model MP2590 is for South-eastern Asia "Vietnam"

it saves me! i've spent for hours to get in to SP mode but hopeless just because the "Service Mode Lock" is ON.
