Did anyone get the Online Firmware update in SP Mode working? Mine says "Cannot use this function" E71 (Yes It is registered with @ Remote if that matters)

Did you try reading the service manual section on Error Screens During Updating?

Never managed to get it to work, so always update manually.

All our machines are on @remote (if the install engineers remener to add the code!)

On the machines that dont connect updating the fw first via SD card then enables update via service mode/@remote to work.

The later android models with G2 panels dont need @remote to install fw from service mode works straight out of the box.

found a blurb in the service manual.. . do they need a HDD to do the remote firmware?.. would make sense. Without hdd there is no place to download the firmware
