Mp 4002 resets

Just picked up a client with an MP 4002 . Looks like we need to reset the fuser or in the transfer belt are these the same as the other ones with the fuse do you know?

Same as all the others SP 7804 PM counter reset, but have you replaced the parts?
Again what is the message on the machine?

Both are good and quality is fine but showing end of life thus we want to reset usage counter for the fuser and transfer belt. We do this all the time on other units just don't remember the procedure for the 4002.

SP 7804-003 Transfer Unit
SP 7804-004 Fusing Unit
SP 7804-005 Fusing Unit Cleaning
Or you can reset individual parts under SP 7806.

If all the counters are clear, SP 7803 for units and SP 7805 for individual parts and you still get a fusing web out message, the sensor arm for the web end sensor is on the wrong side of the belt or the sensor itself is bad.
