    Ricoh MP9003 java uninstalled

    Dear Fellow Tech,

    How can I install back the java of MP9003?
    it was accidentally uninstalled in WIM. Is there a way to
    install it back? Thank you.

      Are you sure it was uninstalled and not merely disabled or stopped?

      Have you checked in User Tools - Extended Features from the operations panel?

          Very simple to reinstall, similar to updating firmware. However you only really need java for software solutions, Equitrac, papercut etc.

              Do what slimslob stated. You can then restart Java.

                  Check sp 5730, must stand on 1 for JAVA.
