I have two MP c3500 that keeps telling me to add toner. I need a reliable technician to fix my copiers and give me service on a regular basis.

If failed vacuum the pump tub should be Ok

check the Nozzle Ass'y, it has toner end sensor that maybe need to clean...

I changed the pump still no toner mess. I just need a tech in my area that i can rely on. How can i find a tech in my area without going to a big company.

I never met any toner issue after changing only the pump inside "rubber", if still problem insisted just vacuum clean the nozzle part & tub sure workable.

Most of 90% the issue due to the rubber inside the pump got hardened, 10% caused by hardened toner jam in the nozzle assembly.

I just received 10 rubber pumps replacements and will try on my stash of mpc3300 failed pumps...
i am going to use my soldering iron to scribe them with a name so i know if they work or fail after
swapped out in field...this is not for an end user

There are 3 clicks to separate the pump motor for rubber replacement, be careful don't broken it otherwise it won't work.

i have 5 of them already split open.
i end up using sharp fish hooks to get under and then
a small metal angle i made to clear tab..

Ok, I will replace the rubber, but when I first replaced the entire yellow toner pump and swapped out the yellow developer my calibration print out was faded and very light. all four colors. So after i get the toners pumping i have to figure out what caused this to happen. Any suggestions?
