ID sensor output is abnormal when Vsp showing 5. Pull out the drum assembly and check the ID sensor, it may be covered in toner, the toner may be so piled up high on the guide that it touches the drum, and hence the blurry copies. Clean it out, and re-check. If the same, try another sensor/drum assembly, and possibly the drum itself.

Pull out the dv unit and the pcu. clean the pcu unit. also, check an clean what they call the classification assy, it is the clear plastic thing on top of the toner supply unit. Then, run a few partial sky shots and see if it then re-balances the vsp/vsg. You may need to change the developer.

If you have to ask what is pcu you are not a technician, call a real tech.
