Can anyone provide a link to or send me an updated firmware file for this product? Cannot scan to SMB. Also, can you tell me about any software of procedure to update the firmware.

Had SMB scanning been working and recently quit? If so it is because of a recent Microsoft Security release that turned off SMB v1 support. This thread may help.

If not, you are in the US and are an authorized Ricoh or RFG dealer tech, you can download from rfg-esource. Otherwise, you can contact your regional support center and tell them you want the custom NCS firmware to allow SMB scan to Windows 8 or later.
