and 3902-014 and still the same
in the service the fuser is over heated but the old one is still in a perfect condition no thing damaged and when the code appear again the fuser still cold i checked the output voltage to the fuser lamp from the IH-Inverter board its 0V i didn't change it yet.

    any suggestions

    SC544 is reset with SP5810-002.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

Was it a brand new fuser or one from another machine? If it's a used one it will be missing the reset fuse that a new fuser or fusing sleeve has. Fit it, then 5810-002 will complete allowing the code to be reset.

As mentioned in my previous post you require the reset fuse that comes with either a new fuser or a new fusing sleeve to reset this code.

The old fuse is ok ,and i disconnect a fuse from an other fuser and connect in the original machine fuser and the same result, I think the overheat dosn't happen in my condition .

Yes, once the fuser is installed in any machine, good or bad, it immediately pops. The only purpose for that fuse is to tell whichever machine it is in that you installed a new fuser. Once it is installed and powered on, the fuse is a goner. But it is no longer needed in theory.

No. That will just automatically reset the PM counters if there is a good fuse on the new fusing unit.
