Please help me how to firmware update with ricoh machine. I'm trying to do it but after I put the SD card it won't come out in the panel screen the firmware update after 45 sec.

Don't quite understand what you are saying.
Basically when you turn the machine back on with your firmware SD card in slot 2 the machine simply boots to the home screen etc as normal?
Did you unzip the firmware files into the romdata folder? they should have a .fwu file extension.
What model Ricoh is it?Let us eat, drink, and be merry, because tomorrow we may die!

Do you have the proper tree structure on the SD card?
romdataproduct code.fwu files
Product code will be the letter and first 3 numbers of the .fwu files. For example, for a MP C4503 it would be D144. Peripheral devices should have their own folders by product code.
