MPC6003 Smart Operation Panel - No Application Site

Good Afternoon,

I've been unable to locate the 'Application Site' app on any of our MP C6003 units. All of our units have the Smart Operation Panel. Any suggestions? Trying to add some apps to the screen for the users, but cannot locate it.

Swipe right/left press the square four dot icon you can add the app here.
If the Application Site app is missing you can simply download & add it from Ricoh, this app has been updated recently.

Logged in as Machine Administrator, I'm not finding an option to install an app from that menu. I swiped over, pressed the square four dot icon, but have not found anything. I've done a 'long press' without anything appearing. I've also navigated into 'Screen Features' but have not found anything regarding installation of apps.

The mpc6003z is a G1 version panel. You may need to install the app, this can be downloaded from your Ricoh dealer support website, you install it to the panel via SD a bit like when updating the firmware.

I've not been able to find it for download.. I've searched through the support site but have been unable to locate it. I appreciate all your help!

Try rfg-esource. Expanded Search Form button, Product Code: D150, Firmware/Media Type: Apps.

The G1 Smart panel devices like the MP C6003 I don't think can have Application Site you would need a later G2 Smart Panel device like a MP C6004

This is correct I cant see it listed for the G1 panel.

Are you able to use Webbrowser NX to access the app site? maybe there is a default "bookmark"?
