if you have a spare fuser take that with you. If not then take thermistor, heater lamp, over temp sensor, upper fuser and lower pressure roller, bearings both upper and lower. Hope that will get you going. Could be a board problem too wont know till you get there and check it out.

I would start with the thermistors and thermostats.

            Hi

Seems like you are looking at a busted fusing lamp for both codes, or a lamp and end thermistor.

            SC 552:
            Heating roller warm-up error 2

seconds after the fusing unit has rotated.

low temperature condition after the heating lamp on.

            Heating roller fusing lamp broken

            Defected thermostat

            1. Check if the heating roller thermistor (end) is firmly connected.
            2.
Replace the heating roller thermistor (end).
            3. Replace the heating roller fusing lamp.

            SC555:

Heating roller lamp consecutive full power 2
When the fusing unit is not running in the ready condition, the pressure roller-fusing
lamp keeps ON full power for 130 seconds or more.

            Broken heating roller fusing lamp

            1. Replace the heating roller thermostat.
            2.
Replace the heating roller fusing lamp.

            Press the GREEN button!!

                Dirty thermistors usually cause that.

In my experience they are seldom the cause since they are normally replaced at each fusing unit PM. I have had to replace a lot more thermostats due to fusing errors.

I had one with 5.2 millions pages kept throwing that error codes - sc555, sc542, sc543. I had to replace the IOB to resolve it.

What I mean to say is that dirty thermistors cause the fuser to over heat and that is what causes the thermostat to blow.
Ricoh should go to a non contact thermistor.

They did with the 1060 and 1075. They scraped it with the 2060/2075 and subsequent models.
