[Dead] Ricoh Pro C751ex Fiery stuck

Hi guys
newbie here on forum. working on Ricoh Pro c751ex with Fiery stuck in "starting up".
Copier works fine, no faults. I suspect Fiery software corruption. OS XP customer doesn't have SW.
any suggestions or where to find SW would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If your Ricoh support channel can't hep. you can always go to the fiery people, Electronics for Imaging (EFI).
