Hi i have a mp4054 that was up for pm changed drum ,dev ,blade after 2 weeks the prints became very light. Did a rtb that was out for adjustment of vsg and vsp still nothing. Changed the TD sensor it worked for about 4 months and now the prints are light again anyone else have the same or similar problem.

You say it lasted 4 months but how many prints had been done in that time? 100? 100,000?Let us eat, drink, and be merry, because tomorrow we may die!

If what others have advised you, such as checking the toner motor, toner hopper, initial developer and drum setting and have already done it, I would tell you to clean the magnetic roller and every streak of it.
on several occasions something similar to your problem has happened to me and this has solvedComment

Was there any improvment after you did that procedure?
Did you follow the proper procedure by going into service mode before you changed the developer? That model only initializes properly if you set the SP code for developer replacement before you replace the developer.Before replacing the developer, set the setting of SP3-701-024 to “1” before turning off the main power.
