Urgent Printer Firmware request MP 9000

Hello
Can someone send me the printer firmware 5.22 or later for the Mp9000?
I'm a Ricoh tech, i have acess to the ricoh tech site, but fir some reason Ricoh Italy removed every firmware for the high volume machines from their site.... Yesterday i requested a firmware frim ricoh via phone tech service, they send me a complete package... But the printer is on version 3.11...and the machine stopped working after the update.... To fix this problem, according to ricoh support (!) i need version 5.22.i wrote several emails to ricoh since yesterday but no answer. The customer is angry, very angry.

Printer v3.11 2007/10/03 is the last version posted.

This model is over 10 years old now.

Ahhhh I think I've just come across what has happened.

He has probably downgraded the printer firmware to the older B234/B235/B236 (MP 9000/1100/1350) version which will not work with the newer D101/D102/D103 (Pro 906EX/1106EX/1356EX) firmware which Ricoh switch over to.

Be sure to select and flash the engine and system firmware first if they are newer than what is currently loaded.

Then cycle the power and update the rest of the modules as required.
Printer v6.05 (B8405523D) should overwrite Printer v3.11 (B8405521J).

V3.11 was the last firmware for the MP 9000. V5.22 is for the Pro 906EX, but is backward compatible with the MP 9000. Current version is V6.05. Certain other firmware are also backward compatible. It is possible that other firmware have been been updated to Pro 906EX compatible versions and the MP 9000 only package is no longer compatible. Contact Ricoh Italy and ask for Pro 906EX firmware.

You've probably scoured it by now, but here is the MP 9000 engine version 5.23 (released back in June 2010!)
I've been in that situation before I know what its like.

Your solucions worked for me, i updated the machine with the firmware you sent me and everything is ok again. Thank you Cipher and Copy tech for the firmware and slimslob for the suggestion...
