SP C252 with Internal Misfeed

SP C252 shows Internal Misfeed during warm up. The registration sensor, exit sensor, and paper end sensor have been checked with a meter at the Engine Control Board. There are no IO checks on this one. They all have 5 VDC supplies and signal lines go high and drop low with actuation of the photo interrupts. At the recommendation of the hotline, we replaced the Engine Control Board. No joy. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
