    ricoh 3800c copier not working

Hello, I have a problem with a ricoh 3800c I do the maintenance on my own copier and yesterday the copier just stop making copies, actually it does make copies but they come out is almost blank, like there was nothing on the original paper. It is working perfect as a printer but not as a copier or scanning machine. Can anyone help me?

Have you tried performing an ACC in User tools, Maintenance?

Apparently you didn't read the header:
'An online community for Copier, Printer & Fax Technicians'

                  Call a technician then.

Strange - if your scanner would have a problam, you should get an error message if you try an ACC and the machine isn't able to read the chart

This is the point that I must agree - sounds like you need a tech.

I understand you are probably a tech but due to your ad within your posts, you are acting in the capacity of a salesperson. So I dont think you have room to criticize a user asking a question.
                          Calm the heck down dude.
