Ricoh MP C3501 Part # needed

20171031_132207.jpg Customer broke this duplex guide/gate, notice the mcgiver paper guides I made out of paper and scotch tape, to make it work for duplexing. I looked in that picture parts manual that Ricoh has and could not find this part because it is not very clear or almost unrecognizible when enlarged, so I ordered part # D009- 4577 (duplex gate) but that is not it, the duplex gate is after this broken guide/gate. I think it's part # D009-4504 but I'm not sure. Could someone help me with the correct part # for this broken piece?

    Thank you,

I believe D029-4580 gets you the spring loaded exit guide that warps and the gate you want as an assembly.

You can check recycledparts.us. They carry a lot of quality used parts harvested from off lease equipment at great prices and they warrant their parts.

Thank you, I think it is Part # D0294482 Gate pawl upper assembly. It's weird because the parts manual shows three drive rollers but the box only has 2. Ill see how it works when I receive it.

Ricoh.pdf This is the part that is broken,( Gate Pawl Upper Assembly) it sits above the two pressure rollers and allows the paper to duplex. In the service Manual, D087, it shows it as sitting above three rollers instead of 2, that's where it's confusing. So, I will see if D0294482 is correct.
