    Ricoh MPC4500 blur

Blur is only on cardstock using by-pass and thick 1.
Regular 20lbs paper is fine with no blur.
    Replaced fuser and ITB
Adjusted thick 1 paper buckle for by-passs
Feeding in Landscape so blur is on trail side (about 3in. from trail)

    Any idea's?

Blur is happening at the PTR not the fusing unit or ITB. I would say that the trail edge has just left the registration and the only thing driving the last half of the paper is the PTR. If the paper hesitates at the fusing entrance guide, a buckle can form between the PTR and the fusing unit. When the trail edge leaves the registration roller, this buckle is pulled out causing the blur. Check the entrance guide for toner build up. You may also have to adjust the entrance guide.
