    Mpc2003 jamming at exit

Im looing for some advice here as we have a very low volume MPc2003 that has for the last few weeks been jamming with code 20 and 24.
The paper is just coming out of the fuser it will only once in a blue moon do this so the engineer has only seen it once.
We have changed the complete fuser and all the fuser exit senor and the inverter senor and the sensor on the transfer unit we have also tried a new transfer belt unit
We can seem to get on top of this we have also change the inverter gate and solenoid and of course upgraded the firmware.
All of this and we still have a problem can anyone shine any light on this problem thanks.

is machine standing in a normal environement?
Does the paper stay for a long period in the paper tray?
Is the problem the same with a new paper out of the box?
Is it solved with a tray heater?
Are the paper guides in the paper tray at a position they should be?
    ...

Thanks for your reply we have given them fresh paper to try after it jams which didnt improve it and all the guides are in the correct positions and we have changed the feed in one tray its very odd.

paper isn't wrapped, so it is a matter of electronic failure.
Put the paper size in all trays to a fixed one, solved?
Moisture can build up at sensors, fan broke (but then a code would come up)?
        ???

I have encountered that problem. See if the duplex unit is broken or not. Make sure that part is aligned properly otherwise paper will jam.Capture.JPG

Does the machine have a one bin tray and have you installed the gear that comes with the one bin tray unit ?

I had exact same issue yesterday & fixed it today. As Sharpmind said, the broken Duplex entrance guide was the cause. the M/C started working as soon as the guide was replaced. the catch on the rear side of the assembly was broken & the entire assembly was out of home position.
