    Af 2075 -freeze afther one job

    Machine does one job...no matter if its 1 copy or 1000...print or copy the same
    Does it and then it goes to Please wait....
    No SC code
    Any thoughts?

    Sounds HDD or memory related to me.
    It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

        Tried HDD format... and changed HDD ...the problem remains...

          clean or replace DRUM POTENTIAL SENSOR in Drum unit.

          Note: don't use blower to clean it

            The machine is hanging during process control. From the service manual: Any SC codes that are generated during auto process control are logged in the memory and do not appear. Check SP 7403 SC History to see logged errors.

            Hang could be caused by a dirty potential sensor as hossam said or it could that the machine is badly in need of a major PM service. Also bring all firmware up to date and avoid aftermarket supplies and drums.
