    mp2851 jams at power on

    Have already replaced:
    1. bridge unit switch
    2. switch at the right rear side of the main frame (somewhere knee-high).
    3. front- and rightdoor switches (3 pieces) at the front side of the main frame.
Still getting jams at p.o. once every 1K print...
    Anyone?

You said that you replaced the bridge unit switch. Does that mean that you replaced one switch or did you replace both?

Jams at power on are always J001. When they happen during operation it is because the machine thought a door was opened and closed.

Slim: my manual only mention one switch, G020 5626 Push Switch 7 - 19

              Perhaps you are refering to AW02 0180 Paper Feed Sensor 7 - 23 ???
Could this one be the issue?

Only one part number. Used in 2 locations. One for each cover that can be opened to remove jams.

No. I've just had to replace a few.
