    Ricoh MPC 2051

    I have a machine in customer place . that machine have problem please wait i solve that problem change BICU board .After change board machine working but cyan color are not good i put sample print . BICU bord is new . I change cyan drum unite, change high voltage board same problem can anyone tell me what is the problem.

    Did you change just the drum unit or the PCDU, drum unit and development unit?

    If the paper was fed SEF, Short Edge First, you might have a problem with the Cyan transfer roller in the ITB assembly.

      Before you replaced the BICU was the cyan quality OK? (prior to the please wait fault)

        I change drum unite and devloper unite. but i didn't change ITB assembly thanks to replay

          customer tell me it was ok before but i have doubt because machine was dead.
