    [Dead] mp7500

    hi fellas my customer told me that weird lines throw during copying only . but printing is good.first i suspect with main optics.ld unit. polygon motor. disappeared for while but come back again after one hour. finaly changed controller unite.disappeared for 1 day and test copying 500 p and all fine. it's back again. we decided to take that controller to another machine. here disaster .thread transfered to another machine please help.... with known that controller unite takes from 2.000.000 machine it was so good

      Hi

      Re-seat or Replace the Memory DIMMS on Controller, I had the same issue with 2075 engine.

        Did you replace the poly motor? That is what I suggest if not.
