If you are trying to use TWAIN scanning and have installed the TWAIN driver, read this thread. http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/ri...61=#post116131. Be aware, the software you are using must be TWAIN compatible and must be a 32 bit software.

If you are not using the TWAIN driver, the SCNHOST file will not help you.
