removing the PCU's will keep the machine in an error state..

you need to set print drivers to black only .. and set walk up control to black only

do NOT remove components from inside the copier.

Just get a black only machine, why go through the trouble? They are cheaper too.

Enable user codes to restrict all color printing and copying. If you try to print in color the machine simply will kill the job, copying would require code but you don't even have to set one up.

            Model mpc4000
Reason : because color toner so expensive here and most toner bottels aren't genuine so pumps doesn't work... Every restart loading toner seems...
I saw copier works without color pcus...
Can i disable loading toner every job?
            Thanks for respect 🌹

The machine does not load toner every job, only when needed. It does do process control periodically, which can be disabled, but that will usually cause you copy quality issues in the long run. No it cannot be disabled for just color. The machine is designed to work as a whole.

It will not work without the color PCUs inside it. Even if you managed to get it to try to run it would lock up at the first process control.

For when you really need it to be black, now with four times the black!

i was being sarcastic and i agree if you are not making color copies you will not be adding color toners.
