Mp4000 not fusing first page when comes out of sleep

Has anyone ever seen on this machine where the first page that comes out after being turned off or sleep mode does not fuse properly but every page after that is fine ?

I have seen this on other Ricoh machines. There is a setting in User Tools that tells the copier not to put out a copy or print until the fuser has warmed all the way up.

Turn on fuser idling.

Check the hot roller. If it is starting to get a film of toner build up this can happen.
