It's something like limiting a machine to only able to perform (print + copies) up to 100,000 unit per month. then it will maybe have errors or notification says limit reached. Afterthat next month it will recycle again.

Department Codes can do this. Just set up a single department code and limit the number of copies. I assume that your enduser is not allowed to make changes, so you'll have to change the admin password. Monthly you'd have to clear the department code counts. Sorry, I don't have the operators manual so I can't provide details. I can't believe Ricoh would limit you to 200 copies per cycle. Many of my customers do that in the first 5 minutes. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

That up to 200 unit setting should always remain set as 1. It is a weighting factor. It can be used in the following manor:- you have two user. User 1 and User 2
- You want to charge user 1 $0.15 per copy made and user 2 $0.35.
- Set the unit count for user 1 at 15 and user 2 at 35.
What you want to use is print volume limits. Depending on the model of the MFP, this may have to be enabled in user tool - system settings - administer tools. Older models that do not support this will require Java be install and the User Account Limit v1.1 setup.
