    [Misc] office365 scan to email

    How are are you all? Please can someone tell me if it is possible to setup scan to email using office365 on the Mp 201spf and Mp 4002? Thank you all in advance.

    MP201: no
    MP 4002: yes

    I'm guessing you'll have many more questions about this. Search the forum about scanning with Office 365, there are MANY threads.
    There are also many workarounds for machines, like the MP201, that don't support encryption, which again, is covered in great detail in dozens of threads.

      I would steer clear of O365 on these old models, you'll most likely have issues & will need to ensure they have the latest firmware.

      You'd be better of using SMB or gmail to scan.

          I don't think the 201 will support the TLS/SSL requirement for Gmail.

            That depends on how you set it up. Gmail does have a restricted port 25 option. I have been setting machines up to use it for years. See attached.
