    Ricoh Aficio MP 6500 paper stuck

    Hello, I have a problem, i turned the machine on, started to print and copy an a problem appeared. Paper stuck in fusing unit, on display I saw a jam code J15. I have cleaned sensors, checked all sensors if they are stucked and tried again. And again appeared the same thing. I don't know what to do.. 😞 Ricoh Aficio MP 6500

      The hot roller gears have a habit of breaking on this model. When you turn the blue handle on the front of the fuser does the hot roller turn?
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      Hit it.

          Yes it does, I found what was the problem. I have removed the finisher from the machine and found a piece of paper. That piece of paper was around the gears of fuser when the fuser was in the machine. I haven't seen it when I put the fuser out of the machine. Thank you 😊
