I have to ask.....what issue did you have that led you to do a memory clear? Was it just the Colour registration?

I have no intention of trying to walk anyone through the steps to recover from doing something so stupid anyway.

Even the birth certificate won't help if certain components (laser diode, ID sensors, TD sensors) have been replaced and the data sheets that came with them are not available.

Possibly.
I have no intention of trying to walk anyone through the steps to recover from doing something so stupid anyway.

We can at least tell him to start with a full PM to include replacing all developers and fully rebuilding all drum units as they can cause Color Registration failure even if engine clear has not been done.
