    MPC4500 toner problem, not typical

Ok, machine asks for toner, I know all about the pump. I can run force toner and watch td sensor and it adds just fine. A day later it is asking again. Any thoughts?

Pump first and if that did not resolve the problem make sure the new hose that comes with the pump gets replaced (could be a slight blockage). Depending on the total volume on the machine (typically 500K to 1000K range) I have had several of the PCU Motors (AX060308), Dev Clutch (AX200300), Development Shaft (B2231148), Gear (AB010367) give problems but normally it was noisy first . I have had to replace the entire Drum Drive Unit (B2231127) because of a stripped gear internally. There is also a small gear inside the PCU/Dev cavity at the rear (AB010368) that can give problems as it drives the Dev Unit.
